To amend subsection (d) of section 1 of an ordinance approved October 21, 1946, to authorize the issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy for the construction of dwelling hoi.1ses on the tract of land bounded by Cary Street, Grove Avenue, Lafayette street and a property line 355 feet, more or less, west of the projection of the west line of Malvern Avenue from Grove Avenue to Cary Street in relation to the cubic content of dwellings therein.
