No. 2026-063, adopted May 11, 2026, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Second District pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in the representation of the Second District.
