To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Site Lease Agreement and a Solar Power Purchase Agreement Project Agreement No. 4- Fire Station 17 between the City of Richmond and RVA FS Solar 2050 LLC for the purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining rooftop solar panels on City-owned property located at 2211 Semmes Avenue for the generation of solar power energy for use and purchase by the City, and a Solar Renewable Energy Credit Irrevocable Assignment Agreement No. 4- Fire Station 17 between the City of Richmond and RVA FS Solar 2050 LLC for the purpose of assigning to the City a percentage of solar renewable energy certificates generated by the rooftop solar panels operated by RVA FS Solar 2050 LLC on City-owned property located at 2211 Semmes Avenue.
