To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Right-of-Entry Agreement between the City of Richmond and Capital Trees for the purpose of performing tree improvements in Byrd Park located at 1401 Pump House Drive, 2601 Police Memorial Way, and 2301 Amelia Street in the city of Richmond.
