To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Coliseum Parking License Agreement between the City of Richmond, as licensor, and Virginia Commonwealth University, as licensee, for the purpose of leasing 200 parking spaces at the City-owned parking facility located at 501 North 7th Street.
