Marian Wouters to purchase for the sum of $2,000.00 surplus real estate owned by the City of Richmond, containing 6,250 square feet, more or less, lying at the rear of property known as 6862 Westcott Drive, being lots 4 and 5 in Block F, Westover Gardens, fronting 50 feet on the southerly right of way line of an unimproved alley, as shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21714, dated September 11, 1987.
