To authorize the City Manager, Robert c. Bobb, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to enter into an agreement dated November 1, 1987, with the County of Chesterfield concerning purchase and sale of water between the City of Richmond and the County of Chesterfield modifying paragraph 2 (rate to be charged for water delivered) of agreement dated December 1, 1979 (executed pursuant to adoption of Ordinance No. 79-210-187 on November 5, 1979), as amended by agreement dated December 1, 1983 (executed pursuant to adoption of Ordinance No. 83-277-252 on December 19, 1983).
