To amend and reordain Ordinance 87-90-115, adopted May 28, 1987, entitled: “Adopting the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1987, and ending June 30, 1988, and appropriating the estimated revenues for such fiscal year for the objects and purposes stated in said budget", to accept $157,000 from the Virginia Compensation Board to reimburse the City for work performed by the Bureau of Tax Enforcement and Collections (assessment and collection functions), as authorized in Section 6.17.1 of the Charter of the City of Richmond; to increase the appropriation for the Bureau of Tax Enforcement and Collections of the Department of Finance by $157,000, from $1,733,159 to $1,890,159, and to increase the anticipated revenue for the fiscal year 1987-1988 by $157,000, from $330,518,277 to $330,675,277, and the total amount appropriated by $157,000, from $330,518,277 to $330,675,277.
