To close to public use and travel portions of Cary Street, a strip of land varying in width from 1.39 feet, more or less, to 3 feet, more or less, and being 203.2 feet, more or less, in length, lying adjacent to the southerly right of way line of Cary Street, 151 feet, more or less, east of 10th Street and 148.75 feet, more or less, west of 12th Street, and portions of Canal Street extending westerly from 12th Street to 10th Street, varying in width from 18.36 feet at 12th Street to 43.23 feet at 10th Street, containing in aggregate 8,251 square feet, more or less, the portions of Cary Street and Canal Street to be closed shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21434, entitled: “Proposed Closing of a Portion of the South Side of Cary St. and North Side of Canal St. between 10th St. and 12th St. (James Center)”.
