To amend and reordain Ordinance No. 87-34-38, adopted February 23, 1987, which authorized the issuance of $16,689,300 serial public improvement bonds of the City of Richmond to finance the cost of capital improvement projects, and authorize the issuance of notes of the City of Richmond in anticipation of the issuance of the bonds to defray the cost of the capital improvement projects, to provide that $11,923,000 ($1,733,200 for Schools; $109,200 for Traffic Control; $2,062,300 for Streets; $3,430,000 for Sewers; $3,453,300 for Buildings; and $1,135,100 for Recreation and Parks) bear date on July 15, 1987, and be payable in installments of $595,500 in each of the years 1988 through 2006 and $608,600 in the year 2007 and that $4,766,200 ($300 for schools; $289,400 for Traffic Control; $260,000 for Streets; $1,075,000 for Redevelopment and Conservation; $1,201,600 for buildings; $726,900 for Recreation and Parks; and $1,213,000 for Downtown Development) of such bonds bear date on July 15, 1988, and be payable in each of the years 1989 through 2007 in installments of $240,000 and an installment of $206,600 in the year 2008.
