To amend and reordain § 5 of Article III, Compensation of Officers and Employees, of Ordinance No. 86-119-148, adopted May 28, 1986, effective September 27, 1986, adopting a pay plan for the classes of positions in the classified service of the City government and fixing the compensation of the officers and employees in the unclassified service, so as to fix the compensation of the City Manager.
