To accept the offer of Browning Ferris Ind. of South Atlantic, Inc., to acquire for the sum of $272,444 surplus real estate situate, lying and being in Henrico County, owned by the City of Richmond having frontage on the south right of way line of Charles City Road and lying north of Darbytown Industrial Park, containing 68.111 acres, more or less, as shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21527, dated April 22, 1986.
