To reduce by 10 feet, that is from 26 feet to 16 feet, the width of the southernmost 103.75 feet (measured from the point of intersection of the west right of way line of said alley with the north right of way line of North Avenue) of a north-south alley that lies east of Chamberlayne Avenue 1n the area bounded by Chamberlayne Avenue on the west, North Avenue on the south, and Old Brook Road on the east, by closing to public use and travel the westerly ten feet of said alley south of the intersection of said alley with Old Brook Circle, as shown on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21594, entitled: "Reduction of a Portion of a 26 Foot Alley Bounded by North Ave., Chamberlayne Ave., Old Brook Rd. and Old Brook Circle", upon certain terms and conditions.
