To vacate a portion of the plat of the subdivision of land Known as Kanawha Trace Section One, that is, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, inclusive, in Block B, as shown on the plan duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond, John Marshall Courts Building, in Plat Book 37, at pages 26 and 27, said property lying wholly within the City of Richmond being located east of James Falls Drive, upon certain terms and conditions, and to authorize the City Manager, Robert C. Bobb, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a declaration of vacation for said Block B of Kanawha Trace Section One.
