Transferring $50,000 of the unencumbered balance of funds in "Reserve for Contingencies II t, appropriated in the General Fund Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 1986-1987 (Ordinance No. 86-118-142, adopted May 28, 1986) to the Appropriation, Non-Departmental, Payments to Other Governmental Agencies, for the City's pro rata share in funding Phase I of a regional port study to be made under the supervision of "The Metropolitan Foundation" (General Fund Budget, pages 33-1 and 33-2).
