Transferring $25,000 of the unencumbered balance of funds in "Reserve for Contingencies", appropriated in the General Fund Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 1986-1987 (Ordinance No. 86-118-142, adopted May 28, 1986) to the Appropriation, Non-Departmental, Payments to Other Governmental Agencies, to Chesterfield County for the City sharing in funding Henricus Historical Park, located on the James River at Dutch Gap, of great significance in the history of the Richmond Metropolitan Area and the Virginia colonies which later became the Commonwealth of Virginia (General Fund Budget, pages 33-1 and 33-2).
