To approve vacation of the plat of the subdivision of land know as Fulton Manor, Section 3, consisting of 12 lots and a street know as Hobbs Court, lying north of Admiral Gravely Boulevard, as shown on the plat duly of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond in Plat Book 32, at pages 88,89 and 90, said property being owned by Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, upon certain terms and conditions.
