To authorize Summer Breeze to hold concert events in Monroe Park on Saturday, June 20, 1987; Sunday, July 26, 1987; Sunday, August 9, 1987; and Sunday, September 13, 1987, such concert events may include sale of food, arts and craft items, and alcoholic beverages (beer only), with the sale of beer to end one hour prior to conclusion of the concerts and the concerts to end by dark.
