To accept the offer of Benjamin w. Hall and Lucinda Y. Hall, husband and wife, to purchase for the sum of $250.00 surplus real estate owned by the City of Richmond, formerly a portion of Fergusson Lane, lying at the southeast corner of Fergusson Lane and abutting the north boundary line of Lot 15, Block "B", Cornwallis Court, a distance of 51.41 feet and extending along the easterly terminus of Fergusson Lane in a northerly direction a distance of 33.90 feet, contain­ing 586.16 square feet, more or less, shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21563, dated July 17, 1986, upon certain terms and conditions.
