To accept the offer of Nina H. Morton to convey to the City of Richmond for $3,050 a parcel of land, containing 610 square feet, more or less, known, numbered and designated 735 Fourth Street (Parcel 17), lying and fronting 28.06 feet, more or less, on the easterly right of way line of Fourth Street (relocated) 72.28 feet, more or less, south of the point of intersection of the east right of way line of said Fourth Street (relocated) and the west right of way line of a north-south alley that extends from the north right of way line of Jackson Street to the south right of way line of Duval Street, and extending back easterly to said north-south alley, necessary for establishing a visitor’s orientation center, as shown shaded upon the copy of the plan on file in the Department of Public Works, marked "Drawing No. P-21564."
