To amend and reordain Section 25-8 of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, concerning collection of ref use by the City, to include within the businesses subject to restriction to 360 pounds limit per collection, multi-family dwellings other than multi-family dwellings owned and operated by redevelopment and housing authorities organized pursuant to Chapter 1 of Tit le 36 of the Code of Virginia.
