To support an application to the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Transportation Alternatives Program for the purpose of funding the installation of a five-foot wide sidewalk westbound along German School Road from Glenway Drive to Blakemore Road and to commit to the required agreements of the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Transportation Alternatives Program.
