To support an application to the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Transportation Alternatives Program for the purpose of funding the installation of pedestrian crossing improvements along Forest Hill Avenue from Westover Hills Boulevard to Taylor Avenue and 48th Street and to commit to the required agreements of the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Transportation Alternatives Program.
