To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Lease Agreement between the City of Richmond and American Towers LLC for the purpose of allowing American Towers LLC to continue to maintain and operate a telecommunications tower and telecommunications facilities at 8800 West Huguenot Road.
