To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a First Amendment to Fiscal Agency Agreement between the City of Richmond and NextUp RVA for the purpose of accepting funds from NextUp RVA as reimbursement for the funds expended by the City for “CarMax Basketball Youth Development and Summer Camp” activities.
