To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to accept a donation of two road murals, one to be installed at the intersection of North 27th Street and Nine Mile Road and one to be installed at the intersection of North 28th Street and U Street, and maintenance services, all valued at approximately $38,820.00 from Bon Secours - Richmond Community Hospital LLC for the purpose of supporting Bon Secours - Richmond Community Hospital LLC’s Community Today, Community Tomorrow: Pathway to Wellness in the East End strategy.
