To amend and reordain City Code § 14-234, concerning site-specific refinement of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area boundaries, for the purpose of authorizing the Chief Administrative Officer to make certain adjustments to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area boundaries.
