To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, to execute a Non-Exclusive License Agreement between the City of Richmond and Greyhound Lines, Inc. for the purpose of granting Greyhound Lines, Inc. permission to use a portion of Main Street Station at 1500 East Main Street as a bus stop, passenger boarding, and waiting area.
