Transferring $32,223 of the unencumbered balance of funds appropriated in the Capital Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 1983-1984 (Ordinance No. 83-91-112, adopted June 20, 1983) from Electric Utility Project No. 16-400, Conversion of Downtown Street Lights, and the sum of $36,577 from the Electric Utility Project No. 16-002, Street Lighting-General, appropriated in Capital Budgets for prior years (Project E-1566, $6,589; Project E-1567, $1,402; and Project E-1300, $28,586), to Electric Utility Project No. 16-003, Special Street Light Projects.
