To amend and reordain Ordinance No. 85-109-143, adopted June 24, 1985, which accepted a program of proposed Capital Improvement Projects for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1985, and for the four fiscal years thereafter and adopted the Capital Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1985, and determined the means of financing the same, as amended oy Ordinance No. 85-231-218, adopted September 9, 1985 increasing the appropriation for Project 7-602, Reedy Creek Drainage Improvements, Phase 7-A and Phase 7-B, by $213,000 to be financed from the Reserve Fund for Permanent Public Improvements, Ordinance No. 85-232-219, adopted September 9, 1985, adding a new project designated Project 22-802, Miscellaneous Downtown Development Projects (Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority Parking Garage), at an estimated cost of $980,000 to be financed from the Reserve Fund for Permanent Public Improvements: and as amended by Ordinance No. 85-306-281, adopted December 16, 1985, increasing the appropriation for Project 22-804, Sixth Street Marketplace, by $921,202, from $1,200,000 to $2,121,202, to be financed from the proceeds of the sale of general obligation bonds from a prior years authorization (1984-1985, Project 22-801, Festival Park): and increasing the estimated cost of all projects in said capital improve­ment program of projects by $921,202, from $35,091,171 to $36,012,373, and providing that said $921,202 of the estimated cost of said capital improvement projects be financed from the proceeds of the sale of general obligation bonds of a prior years authorization: and as amended by Ordinance No. 86-25-33, adopted February 10, 1986, increasing the appro­priation for Streets (Project 5-001, Miscellaneous Streets, Sidewalks and Alley Extensions and Improvements) by $500,000, from $2,322,300 to $2,822,300, said $500,000 increase to be financed from the Reserve Fund for Permanent Public Improvements: and increasing the estimated cost of all projects in said capital improvement program of projects by $500,000, from $36,012,373 to $36,512,373, and the estimated cost of projects to be financed from the Reserve Fund for Permanent Public Improvements by $500,000, from $1,930,700 to $2,430,700: and as amended by Ordinance No. 86-82-112, adopted May 28, 1986, increasing the appropriation for Project 22-802, Miscellaneous Downtown Development Projects, by $224,245, from $980,000 to $1,104,245, and for Project 22-804, Sixth Street Marketplace, by $112,123, from $2,121,202 to $2,233,325, and adding Project 22-803, Exhibit Hall, at an estimated cost of $2,165,383; said additional appropriations to be financed from the Reserve Fund (Restricted Portion) for Permanent Public Improvements, increasing the estimated cost of all projects in the said capital improvement program by $2,501,751, from $36,512,373 to $39,014,124, and the aggregate estimated cost of projects to be financed from the Reserve Fund for Permanent Public Improvements by $2,501,751, from $2,430,700 to $4,932,451; to authorize the transfer of $860,434 from Project 8-400, Randolph Redevelopment, to Project 22-803, Exhibit Hall (1986-1987 Capital Improvement Budget Document); to authorize the transfer of $198,418 from project 13-500, Greenhouse and Tree Nursery, to Project 22-803, Exhibit Hall (1986-1987 Capital Improvement Budget Document); to authorize the transfer of $198,326 from Project 13-910, Park Maintenance Facility, to Project 22-803, Exhibit Hall (1986-1987 Capital Improvement Budget Document).
