To accept the offer of Langston R. Davis and Beverly Davis to convey to the City of Richmond for $37,600 a parcel of land, containing 2,520 square feet, more or less, known, numbered and designated 702 Fifth Street (parcel 11), lying on the westerly right of way line of Fifth Street north of Jackson Street, and extending back to a 11.73-foot, mora or less, north-south alley, necessary for establishing a visitor's orientation center, as shown shaded upon the copy of the plan on file in the Department of Public Works, marked "Drawing No. P-21564."
