To close to public use and travel portions of Shallow Way and Tilton Court, being at the southwest intersection of said streets, containing 674 square feet, more or less, shown shaded on plan prepared by Department of Public Works, Drawing No. N-21616, dated November 20, 1986, entitled: "Proposed Closing of a Portion of the S/W Corner of Tilton Court at it's Intersection with Shallow Way (Glendale Subd.) 11 , upon certain terms and conditions.
