To amend and reordain Ordinance No. 80-148-132, adopted July 28, r980, as amended by Ordinance No. 83-225-207, adopted October 24, 1983, entitled: "To approve and permit the development and use of properties totaling 55 acres, more or less, located generally south of the RMA Expressway, west of Harrison Street, north of Claiborne Street and east of Meadow Street, being more particularly described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the east line of Meadow Street and the south line of Grayland Avenue; thence extending 464 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Meadow Street to the south line of an east-west al ley; thence extending 384 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the south line of said alley to a point, said point lying on the former east line of vacated Granby Street; thence extending 173 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the former east line of vacated Granby Street to the south line of Rosewood Avenue; thence continuing 267 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Granby Street to the north line of Maplewood Avenue; thence extending 430 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the north line of Maplewood Avenue to the east line of Allen Avenue; thence extending 471 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Allen Avenue to the north line of an east-west alley; thence extending 393 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the north line of said al ley to a point; thence extending 125 feet, more or less, along a line parallel to the east line of Al len Avenue to the south line of Lakeview Avenue; thence extending 442 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the south line of Lakeview Avenue to the east line of Lombardy Street; thence extending 267 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Lombardy Street to the north line of Claiborne Street; thence extending 7.97 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the north line of Claiborne Street to the east line of Randolph Street; thence extending 461 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Randolph Street to a point at the intersection of the north line of the Boy's Club property; thence extending 412 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the north line of the Boy's Club property to the west line of Harrison Street; thence extending 2031 feet, more or less, in a northerly direction along the west line of Harrison Street to the south line of Grayland Avenue; thence extending 788 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of Grayland Avenue to the east line of Randolph Street; thence extending 42 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Randolph Street to a point; thence extending 110 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along a line parallel to the south line of Grayland Avenue to the west line of a north-south alley; thence extending 210 feet, more or less, in a southwest­erly direction along the west line of said alley to the north line of Idlewood Avenue; thence extending 315 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the north line of Idlewood Avenue to a point; thence extending 120 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly direction along a line parallel to the west line of Randolph Street to the south line of an east-west alley; thence extending 232 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of said alley to the east line of Lady Street; thence extending 120 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly di­rection along the east line of Lady Street to the north line of Idlewood Avenue; thence extending 1271 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the north line of Idlewood Avenue to the west line of Allen Avenue; thence extending 282 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly di­rection along the west line of Allen Avenue to the south line of Grayland Avenue; thence extending 276 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of Grayland Avenue to a point; thence extending 141 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along a line parallel to the east line of Granby Street to a point; thence extend­ing 286 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along a line parallel to the south line of Grayland Avenue to a point; thence extending 141 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly direction along a line parallel to the west line of Granby Street to the south line of Grayland Avenue; thence extending 231 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of Grayland Avenue to the point of beginning, with the exception of five parcels or areas identified as follows: (1) Parcel containing 41,710 square feet, more or less, located on the south side of Jacqueline Street west of Lombardy Street being more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the south line of Jacqueline Street, said point being 322 feet, more or less, west of the west line of Lombardy Street; thence extending 97 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along a line parallel to the west line of Lombardy Street to a point; thence extending 10 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along a line parallel to the south line of Jacqueline Street to a point; thence ex­tending 97 feet in a southwesterly direction along a line parallel to the west line of Lombardy Street to the north line of Kemper Street; thence extending 210 feet in a southeasterly direction along the north line of Kemper Street to the west line of a north-south alley; thence extending 194 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly direction along the west line of said alley to the south line of Jacqueline Street; thence extending 220 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of Jacqueline Street to the point of beginning; (2) A parcel, consisting of two properties, containing in aggre­gate 19,800 square feet, more or less, located on the east side of Lombardy Street between :Jacqueline Street and Kemper Street being more particularly described as follows: begin­ning at the intersection of the east line of Lombardy Street and the south line of Jacqueline Street; thence extending 194 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of Lombardy Street to the north line of Kemper Street; thence extending 100 feet, more or less, in a south­westerly direction along the north line of Kemper Street to a point; thence extending 104 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly direction along a line parallel to the east line of Lombardy Street to the north line of an east-west alley; thence extending 20 feet, more or less, in a south­easterly direction along the north line of said alley to a point; thence extending 90 feet, more or less, in a north­easterly direction along a line parallel to the east line of Lombardy Street to the south line of Jacqueline Street; thence extending 120 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of Jacqueline Street to the point of beginning; (3) Parcel consisting of properties containing six acres, more or less, located within an area bounded by Idlewood Avenue, Harrison Street, Dance Street, and Randolph Street, being more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the south line of Idlewood Avenue, said point being 149 feet east of the east line of Randolph Street; thence extending 140 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along a line parallel to the east line of Randolph Street to the south line of an east-west alley; thence extending 59 feet, more or less, in a north­westerly direction along the south line of said alley to a point; thence extending 175 feet, more or less, in a south­westerly direction along a line parallel to the east line of Randolph Street to the south line of Wallace Street; thence extending 30 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direc­tion along the south line of Wallace Street to the east line of a north-south alley; thence extending 125 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction along the east line of said alley to the north line of an east-west alley; thence extending 527 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the north line of said alley to the west line of a north-south alley; thence extending 175 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly direction along the west line of said alley to the north line of Wallace Street; thence ex­tending 47 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction along the north line of Wallace Street to the west line of a north-south alley; thence extending 265 feet, more or less, in a northeasterly direction along the west line of said alley to the south line of Idlewood Avenue; thence extending 544 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the south line of Idlewood Avenue to the point of beginning; (4) Parcel containing 7200 square feet, more or less, located on the north side of Idlewood Avenue between Harrison Street and Randolph Street, being more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the north line of Idlewood Avenue, said point being 331 feet west of the west line of Harrison Street; thence fronting 60 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the north line of Idlewood Avenue and extending back 120 feet, more or less, between parallel lines to an east-west alley; and (5)Parcel containing 3960 square feet, more or less, located on the north side of Idlewood Avenue west of Harrison Street being more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the north line of Idlewood Avenue, said point being 133 feet west of the west line of Harrison Street; thence fronting 33 feet, more or less, in a northwesterly direction along the north line of Idlewood Avenue and extending back 120 feet between parallel lines to an east-west alley; for residential. recreational and commercial purposes, a Comm unity Unit Plan_ as authorized in Chapter 3-2--:-1 1 Article.2of the Richmond City Code of 1975, upon certain terms and conditions", as amended by Ordinance No. 85-121-105, ad op ted May 13, 1985, which modified usages of portions of the property encompassed in the Community Unit Plan and affected changes in required lot area, yard area, permitted coverage of lots, and permitted building projections, and excluded from Amendment No. 2 the areas shown shaded on the Randolph Community Unit Plan Supplement Map dated March, 1985; to conform said Community Unit Plan to Amendment No. 5 to the Randolph Redevelopment and Conservation Plan (modify Building location Plans concerning front yard setback requirements for a commercial area located at the southwest corner of South Meadow Street and Grayland Avenue as said property abuts Grayland Avenue).
