To authorize the use of the real estate known as 1805 Williamsburg Road, containing 25,290 square feet, more or less, located on the south right of way line of Williamsburg Road west of Lochaven Avenue, being more completely described as follows: beginning at a point on the south right of way line of Williamsburg Road, said point being 129.80 feet west of the west right of way line of Iochaven Avenue; thence extending S 25° 55' 50" E 140.00 feet along a property line to a 20-foot easement; thence extending S 62° 53' 00" W 185.66 feet along said easement to a property line; thence extending N 22 ° 05' 25" W 140.00 feet along a property line to the south right of way line of Williamsburg Road; thence extending N 62° 43' 3511 E 176.40 feet along the south right of way line of Williamsburg Road to the point of beginning, for purposes of a used car dealership and office facility, together with accessory parking, and to authorize the conversion of an existing building for such purposes, upon certain terms and conditions.
