To amend and reordain Section 7-58 of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, concerning the fee imposed and to be collected for the use of the first market area, to impose fees of ten dollars per day for parking spaces for trucks weighing in excess of one and one-half tons and not exceeding twenty feet in length and of twenty dollars per day of trucks of greater than twenty feet in length.
