To amend and reordain Section 29-287 of the Code of the City of Richmond, 1985, concerning the deposit of coins in parking meters for street and highway parking, to fix the amount to be deposited for obtaining the privilege to use the space controlled by a parking meter at fifteen cents for parking for a period of fifteen minutes, twenty-five cents for parking for one hour, increasing such rates from ten cents for fifteen minutes, twenty cents for one-half hour and forty cents for an hour and to make such increased rates applicable to parking meters installed at City operated off-street parking facilities, and to repeal Sections 29-288 of said Code concerning off-street metered parking lots and facilities.
