To authorize the exchange with Harry W. Loving parcel of surplus City owned land, a strip of land, 5 feet, more or less, in width, containing 1,330 square feet, more or less, which lies east of Amber Street and was formerly a portion of 17th Street (the portion of 17th Street to be closed by Ordinance No. 85-3ol -cJ.76, adopted by Council on December l6, 1985, becoming effective) and which strip extends southerly 265.9 feet, more or less, from the south right of way line of Grace Street and is shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-21440-A, dated October 25, 1985, for 1,005 square feet, more or less, of land abutting the north right of way line of Franklin Street a distance of 15 feet and which extends northerly a distance of 66.97 feet, more or less, shown hatched on the above-identified drawing, and other good and valuable consideration.
