Curnow to acquire for the sum of $6,110 surplus real estate owned by the City of Richmond, designated as Parcel 6, Tax Map Nl456, lying on the south right of way line of Milton Avenue, distant 225.01 feet west of the point of intersection of the south right of way line of Milton Avenue and the west right of way line of Richmond-Henrico Turnpike and extending back southerly to a 20-foot wide east-west alley.
