To accept the offer of Virginia Power Company to convey to the City of Richmond for $12,000 a certain lot, piece or parcel of land (Lot 1), containing 6,039 square feet, more or less, located at the southeast corner of Leigh Street and Myers Street, necessary for the extension of Leigh Street, as shown shaded upon the copy of the plan on file in the Department of Public Works, marked "Drawing No. 0-21331".
