To transfer a parcel of land consisting of a portion of Pump House Drive, a street having a fifty-foot right of-way (and widening to 78 feet 4 inches, more or less, as its intersects the west right of way line of the drive that connects with the north right of way line of the property of the Richmond Metropolitan Authority -Boulevard Bridge), containing 40,986.75 square feet, more or less, shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. N-2139'3-;-entitled: "Transfer of Property for Street Purposes from Recreation and Parks to Department of Public Works at Pump House Drive and Park Drive", from the Department of Recreation and Parks of the City of Richmond to the Department of Public Works for the purpose of street improvement, construction and maintenance, and inclusion within the public street system of the City .
