To amend and reordain Ordinance No. 84-198-176, adopted August 27, 1984, which declared surplus certain real estate own ed by the City of Richmond and authorized the sale of said real estate, a strip of land 10 feet, more or less, in width abutting the south right of way line of Canal Street, and extending westerly 125 feet, more or less, from the west right of way line of Shockoe Slip (to be closed by Ordinance No. 83-291-84-4, adopted January 9, 1984, becoming effective) shown shaded on Department of Public Works Drawing No. M-21205, dated June 5, 1984, to extend the time within which such sale must be concluded for one year.
