Description
The speed limit from Willow Lawn to Pepper has dropped to 25 and NO ONE - included City of Richmond Police go 25. This morning at 7:10am I had a driver blowing his horn, flipping me the bird, tailgating because I was going 28 in the 25 and he acted like I was in the fast lane on 95. You need to either make this a speed trap with constant office presence, put up speed bumps in addition to the new lights, or just put the limit back to 35.
