Description
Leicester road is a frequent cut through to Forest Hill Ave from Jahnke both due to current construction and also as a way to detour around the train tracks nearby. It has incomplete speed tables that are easily bridged without any slowing of speed. The residents of Cedarhurst have a collective desire to see these speed tables improved to reduce consistent speeding on this neighborhood road.
