Description
Amother car blowing throgh red light at patterson/Westmoreland as pedestrian signal was up abd chikdren walking through. Richmond Police Department response: Crash data may need to be reviewed (by DPW) at this intersection to see if it's an on-going issue. Numerous red light photo cameras are being installed throughout the city, maybe this intersection could be a candidate.
