Description
People blow the red light at Westmoreland and Patterson all the time. I witness it at least once a day and I only travel through a few times a day. Kids have been nearly hit while walking to Mary Munford. Cars traveling on Westmoreland t-boned by cars on Patterson. A delayed green like the intersection of Grove/Westmoreland would fix this issue (ie all cars have red for 10 sec before Westmoreland can go on green). Someone is going to die at this intersection one day if it is not fixed.
