Description
I am requesting assistance for this area with speeding. Currently there are big orange cones to keep people from crossing the lines but we need a better option to keep our children going to school and the community center. Traffic calming measures are needed.

- Staff · February 21, 2025Multiple projects are underway at and around Westover Hills Elementary School. * sidewalk improvements * bike lanes * raised crosswalks * bump-outs (curb extensions) to shorten crossing distance * safety camera to automatically enforce speeding Separately, Richmond Public Schools is planning a re-design of their pick-up/drop-off area. RPS has been using the orange cones as temporary traffic control until the construction projects are complete.
