CITIZEN LIVES @ 511 EAST 29TH STREET AND PEOPLE COME BY TO THAT WOODED AREA NEXT TO HIS HOME AND DUMP STUFF THERE AND IT SURRENTLY HAVE ABT 10 TIRES AND A GREAT DEAL OF TRASH ON THE SIDE OF HIS HOME AND THE GRASS NEED TO BE CUT
