Description

The person who lives at this address consistently dumps her yard trash in Thomas Square Park located on Randolph Street. Its a lot and Parks and Recs take a VERY long time to pick it up. Makes the park look trashy and unkept. The President of the civic association personally saw her put her trash in the park.
