Description
On the property behind the alley there is a dumping site for large trash and tires, with 19 plus tires. We've removed one or two tires over the past few months when we do a trash dump, but on average 2 new tires appear every other month. It's way too many for me and my elderly father in law to remove from the alley.- The trash and debris prevent us from driving in the alley, which unfortunately is the best access point for my disabled FiL as there are less steps into the home.
