Description
Resident on corner continues to dump wood, charcoal briquettes, and now gravel in the bike lane to hinder use. Has been dumping charcoal grill remnants for months, and is getting more aggressive, with hunks of wood and now gravel. Resident is quick to get angry and aggressive when approached about the issue, or when he parks his van and car intentionally in the bike lane as well. Trying to avoid larger debris accumulation, the folks up the block in assisted living have to take the road into a dangerous turn (high speed cars) when travelling into the neighborhood on their mobility devices.
